beating Purdue 80-77 in OT. Because the bubble is weak this year, they still have a small chance. But they probably have to win at home against Michigan State to partially negate a horrific losing streak punctuated by two embarrassing road loses (Michigan and Minnesota). Beating Tom Izzo's club this weekend, along with at least a first round win in the conference tournament, might be enough to squeeze in. But right now, it's not a good bet. At-large bids are inevitably lost when good small conference teams don't win their respective tournaments. And the committee usually frowns on teams that finish poorly and lack marquee in-conference wins.
